Abstract
국토부에서 추진하고 있는 지적재조사사업에서의 주된 프로세스는 경계조정이다. 그런데 경계를 조정하는 과정에서 좌표단위의 변경시 나타나는 미세한 면적변화의 발생은 조정금에 관한 토지소유자와의 합의가 요구되어 경계를 결정하는데 어려움을 초래한다. 이러한 이유로 실무자들은 면적증감을 최소화하기 위해 경계점 좌표들을 추가적으로 미세조정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경계점의 미세조정에 관한 기존의 전수(全數)방식의 한계를 검토하고 보다 안정적이고 효율적인 구간(區間)방식을 제시하였다. 두 가지 방식의 비교를 위해 SW를 개발하여 실험 대상지역을 분석한 결과 평균면적이 작은 지역에서는 차이가 없지만 큰 지역에서는 구간방식이 조정량이나 조정횟수가 상대적으로 적게 나타났다. 따라서 구간방식은 평균면적이 큰 지역에서 정확성이나 효율성측면에서 전수방식보다 나은 방안이다.
