Abstract

The article examines the specifics of regulating land and property relations in the system of urban development facilities within the framework of current legislation. The study is supported by an analysis of the legal framework, as well as a proposal for the organization of urban development activities of the Russian Federation in the direction of developing mechanisms to ensure the creation of urban conditions for sustainable development of the territory. The interrelationships of land designation (categories), functional and territorial zoning are shown.
