Abstract

The modern credit model of a commercial bank is considered. When evaluating the effectiveness of a commercial bank's activities in the credit market, competitive analysis methods are used. The activity of JSC Rosselkhozbank is evaluated on the basis of coefficient and factor analysis, market segmentation. It is proposed to increase the efficiency of the bank's activities in the credit market due to the optimized business model of the bank, built on the results of a five-stage assessment of the effectiveness of credit activities.
