Abstract
The advantages of unmanned vehicles are noted. Eight technical, economic and political problems in the implementation and use of unmanned vehicles are identified. An important problem is the lack of a systematic approach to creating a system for the functioning of unmanned vehicles, which should consist of an unmanned vehicle subsystem, an unmanned vehicle infrastructure subsystem and an external environment subsystem. It is necessary to create a system for ensuring, managing and improving the quality of operation of unmanned vehicles based on international standards
