Abstract

The petrochemical industry is one of the most dynamically developing sectors of the world economy. Nevertheless, the analysis of the study of the previous parts of the work suggests that the petrochemical industry is also facing global economic challenges associated with increasing uncertainty and turbulence, which makes it necessary to study existing approaches and methods for managing the development of the petrochemical industry in the countries of the world and adapt the existing experience, taking into account their own practice to the realities of the Russian economy. Domestic and foreign practice gives reason to assert that the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials has a wide range of opportunities for the development of other sectors of the industry, providing the formation of new types of industries, products, technological and environmental innovations, creating new market niches. The petrochemical industry acts as a multiplier for creating added value in the industrial sector of the economy. The increase in value added relative to the cost of feedstock - hydrocarbons reaches 15% when moving along the technological chain. The purpose of the article is to develop a multiplier for the development of innovative chemical macrotechnology. The object of research is the petrochemical industry. The subject is the multiplier of the development of innovative chemical macrotechnology. The proposed multiplier is an effective tool for stimulating the technological convergence of petrochemical enterprises in the face of a precise investment impulse that can be initiated by the state and large enterprises.
