Abstract
The article deals with the problem of using notarized mediation agreements or their notarized copies in enforcement proceedings. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were drawn about the need to improve the legislation on enforcement proceedings, for example, in terms of setting the deadline for the presentation of a notarized mediation agreement for execution.
