Abstract

The article raises the issue of the transformation of academic science into technoscience, in particular highlights the process through the political and cultural discourse. The author shows the linear thinking imposed on the masses, the pressure of populism, the importance of a creative approach in the cognitive process, and the fact that traditional science is no longer a beacon of progress, and the scientific elite is not the same as the academic elite. The author concludes that the state must primarily work with the educational institution in order to minimize the risks of digitalization and then think of optimal controlling the costs of access to a huge amount of fake information.
