سیاسات العمل التطوعی فی مصر

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة العمل التطوعي من خلال تناول تعريف العمل التطوع والتعرف على أنواعه المختلفة، کما حاولت تقييم واقع العمل التطوعي في مصر من خلال رصد أعداد المتطوعين في مصر وطبيعة المشکلات التي تواجههم، ورصد السياسات العامة المنظمة للعمل التطوعي، وذلک من خلال القوانين المختلفة، التي أبرزها قانون تنظيم العمل الأهلي الصادر عام 2019، وصولا إلى الوقوف على طبيعة علاقة المؤسسات الحکومية المصرية ممثلة بالوزارات بالعمل التطوعي، وکيفية تعاطيها معه، وانتهاء بالخلوص إلى مجموعة من النتائج، وتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات لتحسين مسار سياسات العمل التطوعي في مصر. This study dealt with volunteer work by addressing the definition of volunteer work and identifying its various types. It also tried to assess the reality of volunteer work in Egypt by monitoring the number of volunteers in Egypt and the nature of the problems it face, and monitoring the general policies that regulate volunteer work, through the various laws, which Most notably, the Law on Organizing Civil Work issued in 2019, reaching an understanding of the nature of the relationship of Egyptian governmental institutions represented by ministries to volunteer work, and how they deal with it, and concluding with a set of results and presenting a set of recommendations to improve the course of volunteer work policies in Egypt.
