Abstract
Recently, most of the researches on hydrogen fuel cell system focus on hydrogen leak detection sensors and monitoring to ensure system safety. In addition, it is necessary to study the integrated operating system to check the status of equipments constituting the entire system. In this paper, the communication class is designed for the integrated operating system of hydrogen fuel cell, and this was applied to the control program. Each communication class is designed to transmit the identifiers required by devices, the addresses and the numbers of registers, and the register bits. The control program is implemented so that the measurement value information of the hydrogen fuel cell system is displayed on the screen and the user can directly transmit the control command. Using equipment interworking test, the control program sends real-time measurement value request and mode set value change request data to each equipment, and it is confirmed that the integrated operation of the system operates well by receiving a normal response value.
