Abstract

В статье рассматриваются понятия, связанные с редевелопментом, а также реализованные проекты на основе бывших промышленных зонах и спальных районов Москвы, их преимущества и недостатки. В градостроительной политике большого города вся его площадь должна рационально использоваться, а также быть полностью интегрированной в городскую экономику и в жизнь самих жителей. Ориентация на переход экономики города из сферы производства в сферу услуг, на повышение качества жизни людей, обусловила актуальность и необходимость в редевелопмента жилых и промышленных территорий в Москве. Редевелопмент оптимизирует неиспользуемые территории и формирует новые условия развития городской инфраструктуры. The article discusses the concepts associated with redevelopment, as well as implemented projects based on former industrial zones and residential areas of Moscow, their advantages and disadvantages. Inthe urban planning policy of a large city, all its area should be used rationally, as well as be fully integrated into the urban economy and into the lives of the residents themselves. The focus on the transition of the city's economy from the sphere of production to the sphere of services, on improving the quality of life of people, has led tothe urgency and need for redevelopment of residential and industrial areas in Moscow. Redevelopment optimizesunused areas and creates new conditions for the development of urban infrastructure.
