Abstract

The relevance of research. The relevance of the research problem is due to the need to develop a methodological approach and assess the effective influence of the state on the modern market economy in the interests of small and medium-sized businesses. Purpose of work. The aim of the work is to develop a systematic approach to assessing the effectiveness of mechanisms that preserve not only the standard of living of people, but the quality of life of the population. Method and methodology of the work. The study is based on a general scientific method and methodology, which provides for the application of a systematic approach to solving problems. The basis of this work is the fundamental works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of a market economy in the educational sphere. Results. The author’s methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of the education system in a transitional market economy has been developed, justified, systematized. Scope of the results. School, secondary special and higher education, as an area for obtaining worthy knowledge, which forms the economic worldview of a new generation. The results can be used by educational authorities, municipalities and interested individuals. Conclusions. The theory of economic education at all levels is designed to get ahead of reality, go beyond what has already been achieved and is well-known taking into account the Address of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly, where he insists on fixing in the Constitution the norm that the minimum wage cannot be lower than the living wage, and regular indexation of pensions. Without them, the renewal of society, the change in lifestyle, the formation of a new industry and a new economy became unthinkable.
