Abstract
Methodological principles of the basis of the concept of risks in innovations and technologies are the subject of this article. This is about distinguishing the objectivist and subjectivist approaches. The conceptualization of innovation risks is being considered. Methodological possibilities of different approaches in contemporary scientific discourse are being determined.
