Abstract
In January of this year, Federal Law No. 322-FZ of August 3, 2018, entered into force, which was initiated by the State Duma deputies, A.G. Aksakov, Yu.P. Oleynikov, M.L. Shakkum and other parliamentarians, which extended the country’s system of deposit insurance to small businesses.
