Abstract
Our society is being grown a risk factor in a new form available for violating the the benefit and protection of the law in virtual reality by utilizing the information and communication technology that has developed in recent years owing to the transformation into a non-face-to-face society caused by the COVID-19 era.BR The whole nation was in great shock and confusion through a series of incidents, which have occurred in the meantime, such as the Burning Sun incident, the distribution of child pornography on the dark web, and the Nth Room incident, recognized the seriousness of fast- evolving digital sex crimes, and sympathized with the need for countermeasures. Accordingly, various legal and institutional strategies have been prepared such as raising the legal penalty along with adding the constituent requirements of a crime by reflecting the people
