Abstract

This study sought to present the vocational position and role of the infant dance leader to the prospective infant dance leader by exploring the process of occupational socialization of the infant dance leader. To achieve this goal, six leaders with more than five years of experience in infant dance education were selected as participants in the study and the results of the specific study were as follows.BR In the course of conducting the research, the infant dance leader was able to identify low professional identity by frequently using the word part-time job at the initial stage of interest. However, through the process of having various difficulties in the growth stage through the introductory stage, you can see that he has become a professional and becomes a professional. However, in the process, the demand for child dance education at the site has increased.
