Abstract

The problem of migration flows regulation as the main form of interaction between donor and recipient countries is becoming increasingly important in the context of the growing confrontation between globalism and multipolarity, the growth of the accompanying conflict and uncertainty. The growth in the volume of cross-border migration, the increase in the heterogeneity of its flows significantly increase the urgency of an in-depth analysis of migration flows. Ukraine is an important player in the labor force export market. In 2022 it also became a large-scale source of refugees. The correlation and mixing of these flows in the specific conditions of military-political confrontation is a real problem at the present stage of development. All this determines the practical significance of the proposed analysis.
