Abstract
A fast two-electron exchange between neutral Sn 2+ and doubly ionized Sn 4+ impurity negative-U tin centers in partially compensated Pb 0.98Sn 0.02Na 0.01Tl 0.01Se solid solutions has been found by emission Mossbauer spectroscopy on 119mmSn( 119mSn) isotope. The activation energy for this process is 0.05 eV.
