صياغة المفهوم العمرانى للمدن الذکية The Reflections of Smart City Approach on New Cities in Egypt

Abstract

يتناول البحث مصطلح کأحد الأفکار الحديثة فى مجال التخطيط العمرانى، حيث يتبنى البحث مدخل کفکرة تجمع ما بين محورين رئيسيين فى الأدبيات التخطيطية فى العقود الثلاث الأخيرة وهما: تکنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات وانعکاساتها العمرانية، والإستدامة ومتغيراتها وأهدافها. ويسعى البحث من خلال التعرض لمختلف مفاهيم وأفکار المدن الذکية ومرادفاتها المرتبطة بمحورى تکنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات والإستدامة، للوصول لمفهوم عمرانى للمدن الذکية يضم جميع متغيرات المدن الذکية فى إطار عمرانى، بحيث يمکن استخدامه فى مجال التخطيط العمرانى بصورة أکثر فاعلية وتأثيرا مع المتغيرات العمرانية المرتبطة بأفکار المدن الذکية. This paper deals with the term as one of the new concepts in the field of urban planning. It adopts the approach, which combines two fundamental issues in urban planning literature during the last three decades; information and communication technology and its urban impact, and sustainability and its variables and objectives. Through studing various concepts and ideas of smart cities and its alternatives associated with information and communication technology and sustainability, the paper attempts to formulate an urban definition of smart cities, comprising all smart cities variables within an urban framework, and can hence be used in the field of urban planning in a more effective and applicable way with urban variables associated with the ideas of Smart Cities .
