Abstract
В эксперименте in vitro изучено активирующее действие по отношению к глюкокиназе ряда ранее неописанных N-арил-N’-пиридин-2-илмочевин, полученных взаимодействием пиридинаминов-2 с бензоилазидами; для некоторых соединений показано достоверное снижение уровня глюкозы по сравнению с контролем.
