Abstract
The article provides a linguo-stylistic analysis of the poem “Heavy-Bearded Pilgrim” - the early work of the Spanish XX-century dramatist A. Casona. The poem is of scientific interest because for Casona this poetical experience was a period of style formation, search for his own language. The researcher examines the place of the poem in A. Casona’s creative work, analyses its structural and linguo-stylistic peculiarities and describes the storyline. The key peculiarities of A. Casona’s individual style in poetry and drama as well as the means of accentuating the author’s position are identified at the lexical, syntactical and storyline levels.
