Abstract
Spontaneous pneumomediastinum is a rare complication among the COVID-19 pneumonia patients and severe predictor. Nowadays the pathogenesis of this complication is unclear. Besides there is no management of spontaneous pneumomediastinum in COVID-19 pneumonia. In conclusion the main problems are surgical tactic and necessity of tube insertion.
