Abstract
The article presents the results of 13-year (2010-2022) studies of the dynamics of the red-backed and grey red-backed vole number in the sparse larch forest of the Northern Priokhotye. The author describes сyclicism in population fluctuations and variability of demographic indicators of populations. The relationship of population density with external and intrapopulation factors is analyzed. The results of the study have been compared with similar data from other parts of the area.
