Abstract
The discusser is interested in the paper and has two questions as follows: (1) The author insists that he found a vibration control algorithm with which the control energy finally converges to zero. However, the similar contents were dealt with a previous paper. What does the author evaluate the previouspaper? (2) The author described that modern control theories were useless in order to obtain the optimal control values with which the control energy finally converges to zero. However, such values were shown in the previous paper using pole assignment method that is categorized as a modern control theory. What does the author think about it?
