Abstract
The purpose of the article is to propose recommendations for improving the management system of Eurochem-1 Functional Additives joint-stock company. The article used methods: synthesis, system functional analysis, expert and survey. Recommendations were proposed to improve the management system of Eurochem-1 Functional Additives joint-stock company. It was concluded that the performance indicator of the management system is more achieved due to the high value of the balance sheet profit indicator and the volume of commodity products, while the value of the indicator of the ratio of growth rates of labor productivity and wages does not exceed 100%. The need to improve the efficiency of the company is due not only to the desires of customers, but also to external conditions, in particular, at the moment it is a pandemic and a distant economic downturn.
