Abstract

Neurocirculatory dystonia is a violation of the functional state of the sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions of the ANS, characterized by impaired functioning of internal organs, poor tolerance to stress and physical exertion. The prevalence of NCD population is in the range of 12–50%, and according to some data up to 80%. The problem of NCD is a decrease in the quality of life and the formation of somatic pathology at an older age in people with this condition. The etiological factors in the development of NCD are diverse and widespread among the population. The article presents the most common risk factors for this condition, and also discusses their pathogenesis. The importance of identifying risk factors in patients before the formation of pathology and their correction in order to maintain health is emphasized.
