Abstract

The slab(flat) truss plate used for building construction is analyzed for vibration and noise. Using floor impact test and numerical method (FEM), both net form and traditional form are compared for vibration and noise. The results show that the frequencies of a net form are lower than those of a traditional form in the case of free vibration, and the noise values of a net form are lower than those of a traditional form for the range from 500 ㎐ to 2000 ㎐.
