Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the causes and conditions of raiding activity in modern Russia. We study the General determinants, as well as the activities of law enforcement, regulatory and registration authorities, which can contribute to the implementation of a raider takeover of an enterprise. The author comes to the conclusion that the problem requires immediate attention of the state with the development of a comprehensive and comprehensive solution to prevent the forcible seizure of business.
