Abstract

The article describes the model for determining the degree of compliance of the project developer. The relevance of the work is determined by the fact that the project Manager almost every day have to choose the developers to perform the task. The choice should be made on the basis of unsystematic data in a large volume. Therefore, this work requires automation. The article presents the existing methods and methods of personnel selection for a vacancy or project. The purpose of the article is to build a model for calculating the degree of compliance of the project developer. This model can be applied in the future in the systems of support and decision-making on the choice of personnel. To determine the evaluation criteria, a survey of project managers was conducted. The main evaluation criteria were described, namely the qualification of the developer, experience in solving atypical tasks, compliance with deadlines, the complexity of the project. Since these criteria are qualitative assessments, it is necessary to use fuzzy inference systems. It is proposed to use the algorithm Mamdani. The rule base consists of forty-two rules. It is proposed to use the average-activation formula to calculate the activation of the subtopics. The developed model will determine the degree of compliance of the project developer. The use of this model in the system of support and decision-making will facilitate the project Manager's analysis of information on the performance of each of the developers and will contribute to the adoption of the most rational management decision, which in turn will accelerate the project start process. An experiment was conducted in which the decisions taken by the system were compared with the decisions taken by Project Managers, showed a low error rate, therefore it can be concluded that the system of support and decision-making coped with the tasks set to it.
