Abstract
The article is devoted to the establishment of criteria for managing the sustainable development of the tourism industry in the conditions of the European integration course of Ukraine. The author has defined indicators intended for use by destinations of any type and scale, as well as the scope of their application by regulatory tourism organizations. It has been established that the criteria for managing the sustainable development of the tourism industry can become the initial stage of implementing the principles of sustainability as a standard practice in all forms of tourism in Ukraine.
