РОЛЬ ПАПЕРОВОЇ ПЛАСТИКИ В СУЧАСНОМУ ДИЗАЙНІ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the substantiation of the importance of paper plastic art in modern design. The unique features of the designer's activity are revealed, which consists in designing aesthetic and functional things on the basis of unity of artistic, scientific and technical approaches. Prospects for efficient professional training of designers, which can be realized under the condition of student-centered training and strengthening the practical orientation of tasks in art disciplines, taking into account various aspects of design, production and consumption of products. The analysis of theoretical works of native and foreign experts on the current state, prospects for the development of design education in Ukraine; issues of development of artistic and project activities of students; history of paper modeling development in Ukraine and the world; application of paper plastic art in different types of design and at different stages of development of a design product has been carried out. An overview of the latest and most promising types of paper plastic art, which include paper craft and Iris folding, which can be used in project activities at the stage of creating a design product was taken. Examples of application of paper plastic art, implemented by Ukrainian designers in developing a creative design product, are given. The fruitful influence of application of paper plastic art technique in the educational process of designers training is proved. That promotes the development of visual thinking and logic, the development of creative individual method and the formation of: spatial thinking and skills of perception of forms plasticity; sense of harmony and aesthetics; creative vision of the problem and non-standard solutions; development of figurative thinking and spatial imagination. The author emphasizes that paper plastic art in the process of professional development of a future design specialist becomes important, combined with modern computer technology, allows to implement bold design ideas in interior design, outdoor advertising design, shop window design, packaging, printing, subject design.
