Abstract

The article deals with political, institutional and organizational changes in modern society that contribute to the emergence of innovations in the social sphere. The author of the article defines social innovations as progressive solutions to social problems, new forms of organizing interaction both inside and outside social institutions, involving the emergence of new products, services or processes that can be qualitatively assessed, focused on sustainable development and create social value. The content of the concepts of open innovations and implemented innovations in relation to management in the social sphere is considered in detail.
