Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of Russia's export potential under conditions of sanctions pressure from unfriendly states. Export is an integral element of Russia's foreign economic policy and affects the stability of the national currency. Further expansion of exports is determined by the ability to overcome sanctions restrictions and adapt to them. In recent years, there has been a need to develop non-resource non-energy exports (NNE) of high and medium value added products in production, since the basis of Russian budget revenues in the form of oil and gas revenues did not make the proper contribution and decreased in 2023 by 23.9% compared to 2022, oil exports fell by 3.3%, and gas by 30% in physical terms.
