Abstract

Due to the localized heavy rains in the metropolitan area in 2022, many lives and property damages occured. As such, climate change and urbanization intensifying damage from natural disaster. and it is urgent to improve the response system for disasters. In the case of the implementation of the existing disaster prevention project, the lack of standardized technology in all stages causes a lack of consistency in design and construction, an increase in construction cost, and a decrease in construction quality. Therefore, in this study, a standard and integrated management system was developed for disaster prevention project management. As a research method, the Marmi-Ⅲ methodology among CBD methodologies was used. By analyzing system requirements, we developed an appropriate business model selection module, outline construction cost calculation module, and project priority calculation module, and developed a management system that integrates each module with the GIS engine. It is expected to be able to increase the speed and work efficiency of project management for flood prevention through using this system.
