Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of diseases of the cardiovascular system and methods for their treatment and prevention using physical culture, as well as the problems of the influence of physical therapy on the development of adaptive reactions of the cardiovascular system in patients with coronary heart disease. The purpose of the article is to identify the complex of physical exercises and their influence on diseases of the cardiovascular system. Recently, in the medical field, the rehabilitation direction, the core of which is the step-by-step, restorative complex treatment of diseases and injuries, has been increasingly approved. In this process, an important role is played by therapeutic physical culture as a method of active, functional and pathogenetic therapy. It aims at improving the quality of treatment, preventing possible complications in various diseases and injuries, accelerating the recovery of organs and systems, training and quenching the body, restoring performance, reducing the likelihood of disability. Reducing the time of recovery, reducing material costs for inpatient and sanatorium-spa treatment are possible only with the correct selection of means and forms of physical therapy, which is the most important and effective part of the whole system of medical rehabilitation. Modern therapeutic physical culture is based on fundamental concepts and medical and biological substantiation of mechanisms of influence of physical exercises on systems of maintenance of homeostasis of an organism, their adaptation to new conditions of existence, or morpho-functional changes of an organism after traumas and transferred illnesses. The purpose of the article is to identify the complex of physical exercises and their influence on diseases of the cardiovascular system. The use of physical training and massage for healing purposes has a long history. For many centuries, complex therapy of diseases has been carried out with the help of physical exercises, massage, hardening, baths, hydroprocessing, metered walking, and the like. Despite the fact that medicine did not yet have accurate data on the adverse effects of hypodynamia, doctors at that time recommended the activation of the motor regime for certain diseases and abnormalities in health.
