Abstract
As interest in children's education grows in densely populated urban residential environments today, community spaces that meet the efficient educational environment needs of collective housing have become a key issue. This study examines domestic and international exemplary cases to review trends and current situations, and explores how cultural and social characteristics related to educational environments and community spaces are being applied in domestic cases and collective housing. Based on publicly available data, a literature review was conducted, followed by a survey analysis for frequency analysis. The results reveal that in order to enhance residential satisfaction through educational approaches, there is a necessity and importance for the design of educational community spaces that reflect local cultural and social needs. This highlights the demand for sustainable designs that can respond to contemporary needs.
