Abstract

Purpose. To present OCT features of toxoplasmosis retinochorioiditis'diagnosis in patients with different immune status. Material and methods. The patients B. and K., male 44 and female 35 years old, with a decrease of visual acuity. The comprehensive ophthalmologic examinations ware carried out, including the examination of best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), slit lamp indirect ophthalmoscopy, microperimetry, optical coherence tomography (OCT), OCT – angiography, fundus autofluorescence (AF). Results. According to the anamnesis, clinical findings and OCT features the toxoplasmosis retinochorioiditis was diagnosed. Treatment was administrated with antibacterial drugs. Conclusions. Despite of the negative serology, the toxoplasmosis retinochorioididtis diagnosis was proved. It was diagnosed by the anamnesis, specific clinical findings and OCT features.
