Abstract
In 2021, There were major changes of the Criminal Procedure law and the Prosecution Service Act
 However, the revised criminal procedure is so complex that it is difficult or confusing even for legal experts to understand, and the emphasis on distribution of investigative authority among the prosecutors and the Police has led to excessive delays and fatal errors.
 The current system is insufficient to remedy damages, such as not granting the complainant the right to appeal, and includes too much procedures. which has made it difficult for even practitioners to understand the investigative procedure.
 I hope that the new system will be established as soon as possible.
