Abstract

Summarizing the approaches of scientists to understanding the essence of logistics, it was possible to determine that the concept of logistic support of an enterprise should be understood as a set of techniques, methods and elements of logistics implementation for optimal provision of enterprise material and information flows. Logistic support of the enterprise is an integrated process of mobilization, accumulation, distribution of resources in the main business processes of logistic customer service, as well as planning, monitoring, monitoring and other procedures aimed at efficient and efficient use of economic resources and risk reduction in the market operator's activity logistics services. Logistics management is a prerequisite for improving the quality management of the financial flows of logistics processes by the section of incoming (incomes) and outbound costs formation) flow of operating activities, since any element of the logistic base of the logistics system has an effect on the formation, speed and coherence of these flows. Taking into account this position, logistic support is the activity carried out by the logistics provider in order to optimally use the available economic resources. The assessment of the concept of logistics of the enterprise directly allows you to determine the factors that determine the construction of logistics support of the enterprise. Further targeting to reduce the response time will help to identify emerging crashes and bottlenecks in the system that interfere with the development of the organization and to systematically eliminate them. Therefore, in an effort to reduce time, the organization is actually aimed at reducing costs and improving the quality of goods and services. The logistics department of the company provides for the fulfillment of all functions inherent in management as a type of activity: task setting - includes monitoring of available resources and raw material market of potential resources, planning of resource requirements, estimation of material resources of production and its material needs; realization of the set task - production, analysis and evaluation of alternative variants of logistics, formation of the final decision on the development of the raw material base of the enterprise, organization of supply of resources, management of inventories.
