Abstract
Since Corona Pandemics swept the world society, the world has faced unprecedented barriers. The experience of travel, communication, and exchange being suppressed may be the first scene we face since the historical development of tourism brought about by the process of human civilization and the development of transportation. Nowadays, when capitalistic development locks and constrains human social relationships and life within the boundaries of capital, we think about another meaning of tourism and travel through Corona.
Tourism is bound to be formed based on the history or culture of the society. Also, society and culture have their own historical characteristics. The form or trend of tourism is a phenomenon and a distinct social fact. This is why we should pay attention to the unique phenomena of society and culture in the study of tourism. Therefore, since all forms of tourism are shaped by the socio-cultural situation, conditions, and historical conditions, it has its own meaning to look at the principles and attitudes of daily life and life of Koreans to understand the tourism phenomenon.
The issue of leisure, culture, and tourism is one of the key topics of interest in traditional leisure and cultural sociology, but the discussion of the oriental traditions, traditional culture, and principles of daily life is only a literary level. Here we attempt a poetic approach to the meaning of leisure society and tourism in modern society through the application of oriental perspectives and sociological theories.
