Abstract

이 연구에서는 사회복지관 종사자들의 공공봉사동기가 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 검증해 봄으로써 이론적 정책적 시사점을 도출하는데 연구목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 실현하기 위하여 문헌연구를 바탕으로 사회복지관 종사자들의 공공봉사동기와 조직성과의 관계에 대한 연구모형을 정립하고 설문조사를 통하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 사회복지관 종사자들의 공공봉사동기와 조직성과 수준은 전체적으로 비교적 높은 수준이었으며, 공공봉사동기의 요소인 정책입안에 대한 호감도, 공익몰입, 동정심, 자기희생의 요소는 모두 조직성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 이 연구의 목적인 이론적 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effects of public service motivation on organizational performance and suggest the theoretical and policy implications. For this purpose, this study measured the public service motivation and organizational performance of social welfare center workers, set up the study model to analyze the relationships between the public service motivation and organizational performance, and tested hypothesis through questionnaire analysis. The analytical results show that the public service motivation and organizational performance of social welfare center workers are relatively high on the whole. And attraction to policy making, commitment to public interest, compassion, and self-sacrifice as the elements of public service motivation appear to have significant effects on organizational performance. In this study, some theoretical and policy implications are introduced basing on the analytical results.
