Abstract
The article provides an overview of individual issues related to staffing agricultural producers. In particular, the existing need for agricultural workers and the dynamics of rural employment indicators are shown. The main group of factors, namely the wages of agricultural workers, was considered. Directions for attracting qualified specialists to agriculture have been identified.
