Abstract

Personnel adaptation is a very widespread topic in scientific and practical research, since adaptation is an important effective link linking together the central issues of hiring, evaluating and promoting employees and organizational changes in the company. Such increased attention to this topic made it possible to consider in the article both the most noticeable and effective tools for personnel adaptation, as well as new ways of its virtual implementation, allowing to meet the requirements of today and related to the spread of remote employment in a pandemic. Thus, the article creates an interactive visualization of the issues most studied by adaptation specialists, such as the use of gamification, storytelling, digital technologies in the implementation of the adaptation process, the construction of effective communications. Our review suggests ways to solve the problems that arise during virtual adaptation in order to allow future research on this topic to develop and accumulate. Much attention is paid in the article to the study of options for the participation and involvement of managers and mentors in the adaptation of new employees.
