Abstract

The position on competitiveness as a psychological invariant of professionalism of management subjects is substantiated. The psychological content of the invariance principle and its application in psychology are revealed. The definition of psychological invariants of professionalism is presented, their types are described. The personal correlates of competitiveness, entrepreneurship, economic thinking, business activity and business acumen are described.
