Abstract
The study of eating disorders and the possible causes of their occurrence is an important direction in modem research. The purpose of the study was to study eatingdisorders and eating behavior in students of students' age. The «Eating Behavior rating Scale» D.M.Gamer adapted by O.A.Ilchik. The sample consisted of 84 students aged 20 to 28. The author considers the concept of eatingdisorders andeatingbehavior, types of disorders, various the ories of their occurrence, саuses, symptoms, diagnosis, treatmentand psychotherapy.
