Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of professional development of state civil servants. The validity of the influence of comprehensive professional development of state civil servants on the public administration system of the Russian Federation is analyzed, taking into account various factors in the development of regional economies. The issues of the importance of young specialists for the human resources potential of the public administration system of the Russian Federation are considered. The subject area of the regulatory legal support for the system of professional development of state civil servants is determined. Mechanisms for optimizing the system of professional development of state civil servants are proposed.
