Abstract

A rare case of diagnosis and treatment of neonatal lupus syndrome in a child with primary manifestations of disturbances in the conduction system of the heart is presented. A complex diagnostic path was demonstrated, a combination of severe comorbid conditions, which required a team multidisciplinary approach, comprehensive counseling and management of the newborn by specialists in various fields. Particular attention is paid to therapeutic methods of surgical intervention (implantation of a pacemaker). The outcome of the disease and methods of fighting for the life of the child during 63 days of life are shown.
