Abstract
Early verification of the diagnosis and timely complex treatment are one of the important prognostic factors of the underlying survival of patients with the ovarian dyserminoma. The article presents a clinical case of diagnosis and treatment of ovarian dysermi- noma in a girl, as well as literature data reflecting aspects of epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical course, methods of diagnosis and treatment of ovarian dyserminoma in femail patients of children's age.
