Abstract

Dozens of vertical shafts of mining enterprises are in operation in the Russian Federation, with a service life of 40-50 years or more. Most of them require repair and restoration work of varying degrees of complexity. This publication presents a methodology that allows assessing the stability of near-hole rocks in five categories, taking into account indicators of relative strength, core quality, support-mass contact, water cut and hole life. The category is determined on the basis of the calculated value of the integral stability criterion, which takes into account the influence of the main factors. The article considers the algorithm for determining each of the factors, while for the first time it is proposed to take into account such an indicator as the quality of the contact "support - rock mass", which can be assessed as a result of a wellbore survey using geophysical methods. It was noted that in shafts in an inoperable technical condition, the main length of which belongs to IV and V categories of stability, it is required to carry out work on their reconstruction with a change in design parameters...
