Abstract

The result of scientific work was the conclusion that the stabilization and improvement of the agro-industrial complex is impossible without the unity of interests and goals of state structures, agricultural producers, processing and selling enterprises. Sustainable rural development has become a priority policy of the state. It covers the social, economic and environmental aspects of the development of society. This is the primary task of the power structures of all levels in the sphere of the agro-industrial complex. Creating agricultural production cooperatives is the surest and only way to ensure the food security of the country, the socio-economic and political stability of society. State structures of regions, municipal areas need to intensify and manage the creation of conditions for the voluntary association of small and medium-sized forms of agribusiness into production cooperatives.
