Abstract

In this article the authors consider the task of creating a unified semantic description of services for the instant payments system. For this type of system, there are two types of customers: people and providers of goods and services. The paper analyzes the requirements of payment system customers. Requirements allows to formalize manageable and nonmanageable parameters as well as performance indicators. The concept of a service and the process of providing services in an instant payment system is formalized. An ontology of services and software for working with ontology are developed. The software includes a repository of the instant payment system and a module for creating services. Protégé editor is used to develop an ontology. Additionally, in the article the developed ontology is studied from cognitive ergonomics point of view. The high-level programming language JavaScript was used to develop software. The innovative part for instant payment systems is the use of ontologies to create a common information space for all participants in the process of providing financial intermediation services.
